It is simply because, area rugs protects the floors from scratch and immediate damage causes by regular traffics from shoes and paws. Through the rugs, it adds artistic design to your floors at the same time a protection for your feet and your floors. The question now is would you prefer a synthetic rug or a natural area rug? Me, I will still prefer natural rugs. Its eco-friendly and from natural materials so I have no problems with regards to the welfare of the environment.
I am a supporter of green product and area rugs like sisal rugs, seagrass rugs, bamboo rugs and jute rugs are one of those that I recommend that you people use. Also I nice alternative will be vinyl tiles for your flooring too combine with wool or shag rugs. That will be a perfect mix.
